Lori Cooper
She has a Master of Science in Exercise Science, is a Ph D candidate in Kinesiology (Exercise Physiology) at Texas Woman’s University, and is a certified coach through USA Triathlon and USA Swimming. She has worked extensively as a coach and exercise physiologist with experience at the Cooper Clinic in Dallas, Texas, the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and collegiate and age group swim teams.
Her years of experience has resulted in multiple Xterra world championship and national appearances. Currently she has recruited by the USAF to be their SME and elevate and improve their physical and mental programs
Jason Watson
He has a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology and is looking to pursue a Master of Science in Biomechanics. He is a 14 year Army Veteran who decided to pursue his dream of being a Professional Triathlete and help other athletes achieve their dreams. He has led through every stage of his professional career and his unique coaching style combines the best features of his military lifestyle with the cutting edge science knowledge he gained in school and his extensive competitive experience.
He is currently retired after racing 6 years as professional Ironman athlete. He is now dedicating his time to ultra racing and pushing 212˚ into their next evolution of coaching and training.
